What is Eden's Ridge? Is it a B&B?

This is not a Bed & Breakfast. Breakfast is not prepared for guests. Eden's Ridge is a luxury mountain retreat designed for group getaways, celebrations, retreats, and rest. As a privately-owned, professionally managed short-term rental on 38 acres, our goal is to offer our guests a boutique, resort-style experience.

Guests can cook their own meals during their stay or can order custom breakfasts for their group or work with our team to coordinate boxed lunches or fully catered meals through local chefs.

When you rent a home at Eden's Ridge, you get a complete home rental with no shared indoor spaces. Confirmed guests have access to their entire designated home (Lodge or Main Residence or the Full Estate) during their stay.​

Please note that the two homes do share a driveway/entrance, however, there is separate parking for both homes. You can rent each home separately or rent them both together for a full estate rental. View the map above for a full reference.

Is the pool open year-round?

The pool and hot tub (located at the Main Residence) are open year-round. It is serviced weekly during the season except during inclement weather (hurricane/tornado/thunderstorm/snow/ice)​

Is this home handicap accessible?

These properties are not fully ADA compliant, however, we do provide amenties to make it more handicap friendly. We equip each home with a handicap ramp to enter each home. Each home also features at least one main floor bedroom and bathroom. Please let us know if anyone in your group will need mobility assistance.​

What do we need to bring to stay here? Are the beds made? Are towels provided?

Beds are made prior to arrival and towels are provided for all guests. Starter goods will always be provided (coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels and toilet tissue) but for longer stays or large groups, we recommend bringing extra just in case.

The full kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, coffee pots, and more. Plenty of items to prepare meals for a large group. Keurig and Mr. Coffee pot and a host of other appliances are available for guests as well.

We recommend guests bring pool towels if renting the Main Residence.

Can we cater meals here?

Absolutely! You can use our in-house baker (ItsTayloreMade) to order things like sourdough goodies, breakfast boxes, or charcuterie boards during your stay. We also have the option to coordinate boxed lunches or recommend local chefs and caterers for fully catered dinners and meals.

What is the nightly rate? Minimum Night Stay? 

The nightly rate varies by the dates you select. Submit an inquiry on the contact page to get a quote. The minimum night stay is 3-nights except for major holidays where it's 4-nights. (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's). We do allow two-night stays for weekdays (Monday to Wednesday or Tuesday to Thursday). We do not allow one-night stays at any of our properties. 

Can I have an event here?

It really just depends on what you mean by an event. We are not an event venue so, we are limited to privately hosted gatherings. This property works great for family reunions, corporate retreats, wellness getaways, bachelor/bachelorette trips, etc. Please inquire with more details about what you're planning so we can better assist you. How far is the Main Residence from the Lodge?

The two homes are super close yet with enough trees between them to have complete privacy. Walking from the Lodge side to Main Residence side door is less than 200 steps. Watch our video here to see how close it is.

What are the payment options?

Guests can pay online via debit/credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, or Venmo. The total reservation amount can be split into 2 or 3 payments depending on the date of your stay. For reservations less than 30 months away, it's one payment. The first 50% is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. For reservations that are booked 6+ months in advance, we do offer additional payment plan options.​

What type of grill is outside? Is there a firepit?

There is a gas grill available at the Main Residence. Each home features an outdoor firepit. The Main Residence also has an outdoor wood-burning fireplace. We provide firewood for guests to use for the pits.

What is the cancellation policy?

All payments made toward a reservation are non-refundable. A one-time date change can be granted, subject to new date availability and any applicable pricing differences. 

Is there any type of surveillance on this property?

Yes, there are exterior cameras on this property for safety/security only. There are no interior cameras in these homes.

Will there be on-site assistance?

Yes. Our property managers live on-site (in a separate home) so we are usually available during your stay (during reasonable hours of course)

Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets inside the main residence. The Lodge is dog friendly but there is a one-time pet fee of $100 and pet owners must show proof of flea and tick prevention. All pets must be on a leash while outside and use our provided doggie bags for disposal.

How many cars can I park?

The Main Residence can hold 9-10 cars comfortably with the use of the garage and without blocking anyone in.

Are there nearby grocery stores or shopping?

Yes. This home is conveniently located near several stores. The North Georgia Premium Outlets are just 12 minutes away. Nearby grocery stores include: Food Lion, Ingles, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, and City Produce (all less than 15 minutes away)
