Just past the staircase will be a powder room bathroom, the first bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a living room with flat screen TV. Please note, the bedrooms in this home do not have TVs to encourage socialization in the group spaces.​

The chef's kitchen in this home has everything you would need to prepare, host, and eat a family-style dinner. From countertops to hold a buffet, bar seating for casual dining, walk in pantry, upscale appliances, and eat-in kitchen dining tables, you'll have plenty of space to socialize and cook. There is also a three-car garage available for guest use as well as driveway parking to hold a total of 10-12 cars.
